DISCLAIMER.
EFFECTIVE DATE: SEPTEMBER 2026 · VERSION 1.1
All utilities, calculators, converters, and generators hosted on MustTools are provided strictly for general computational, informational, and educational purposes. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, accounting, medical, or engineering advice.
1. FINANCIAL & MATHEMATICAL CALCULATIONS
MustTools offers various financial calculators including loan interest, EMI, compound interest, mortgage estimation, and currency conversion helpers. While algorithms adhere to standard mathematical formulas, results are theoretical approximations:
- Amortization Variance: Commercial lending institutions and banks utilize proprietary rounding schedules, day-count conventions (such as 30/360 or Actual/365), and administrative fees that cause actual loan costs to differ from generalized mathematical models.
- Tax & Statutory Rates: Tax estimation utilities do not account for localized municipal deductions, marginal brackets, changing statutory codes, or personal exemption criteria. Always consult a certified financial planner (CFP) or certified public accountant (CPA).
- Exchange Rates: Currency and unit conversions are based on static or delayed reference rates and do not incorporate real-time foreign exchange spread margins charged by commercial brokerages.
2. CODE MINIFICATION, FORMATTING & PARSING
Developer tools (including JSON formatters, SQL prettifiers, HTML minifiers, Base64 decoders, and regex analyzers) run directly in client browser memory. While tested thoroughly against edge cases:
- You are solely responsible for testing and validating any transformed code before deploying it to production systems.
- MustTools is not liable for runtime syntax errors, unhandled exceptions, or system regressions resulting from minified, converted, or generated code.
- Always maintain persistent, unformatted backups and source version control prior to running transformation tools.
3. FLOATING-POINT PRECISION & BROWSER LIMITATIONS
Web applications operate under IEEE 754 double-precision floating-point arithmetic standards. Numbers exceeding 15 to 17 decimal digits of precision can experience minute binary rounding discrepancies.
Users performing mission-critical scientific calculations, astronomical computing, or high-frequency cryptographic proofs should verify outputs using arbitrary-precision mathematical libraries designed for dedicated scientific computing environments.
4. NO PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP FORMED
Use of the MustTools platform, including communication via feedback forms or email, does not establish an attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, or financial advisor relationship. Users must independently evaluate all computational outputs before making investment, legal, operational, or business decisions.
5. "AS-IS" PROVISION & NO WARRANTIES
